A life well lived

 Like music, i think books have a way of transforming the world around us sometimes even changing the way we look at things, please enjoy this extract from Paulo Coelho's book 'The Aleph'...

Of believing even when no one believes in me...'

Islands that looks like a violin ... i couldn't play an instrument to save my life but this picture made me appreciate music even more... and it reminds me of the violinist in Celtic woman... 

Songs we sing quietly

We live in a world where personal life choices, are sometimes made based on what is happening in society. but is this really how God wants it to be? i speak for the woman afraid to live because of all the hurt she sees happening to other women, a homeless child afraid to go back home, a lonely heart, or even a soul living a busy life.

when we sit quietly, alone for even just a moment, and take time to listen to the music around us, each one has a song we sing quietly, one that is filled with hope for a better tomorrow -a home, happiness, or just 5 minutes rest.

the day we choose to start dancing to the beat of our own songs, and harmonize in a choir with our own voices, the songs we sing quietly while alone, will help make a whole new genre of music to be appreciated by others, liberating them and us.
